  • Account Information: Device fingerprint for account identification
  • Content: Text prompts and images you upload to generate videos
  • Purchase Information: Transaction data processed through Apple App Store

  • Device Information: Device model, operating system, version
  • Usage Data: Features used, videos generated, credits consumed
  • Technical Data: App crashes, performance metrics
  • Device Fingerprint: Hashed identifier for fraud prevention

2.3 Face Data Collection

When you upload photos to generate AI videos, our service processes facial features to create realistic video transformations. Here's what you need to know:

  • What Face Data We Collect: Facial landmarks, expressions, and features from photos you voluntarily upload
  • Purpose: To generate AI-powered video transformations and apply effects as requested by you
  • Processing: Face data is processed in real-time by our AI service provider (Fal.ai) and is not permanently stored
  • Retention: Uploaded photos are deleted after video generation (typically within minutes). Generated videos are stored for 30 days then automatically deleted
  • Third-Party Sharing: Face data is shared only with Fal.ai (our AI service provider) for video generation purposes. We do not share face data with any other third parties
  • Storage Location: Temporary processing occurs on Fal.ai's secure servers. Final videos are stored on Cloudflare R2 (encrypted at rest)
  • Your Control: You choose what photos to upload. You can delete generated videos at any time from the app

2.4 Information We Do NOT Collect

  • Your name, email, or contact information (unless you contact support)

3. How We Use Your Information

3.1 Service Provision

  • Generate AI videos based on your prompts
  • Manage your credit balance and subscriptions
  • Process payments through Apple App Store

  • Fix bugs and technical issues

4. Device Fingerprinting

4.1 What is Device Fingerprinting?

We create a unique identifier for your device using hardware and software characteristics (model, OS version, etc.). This identifier is hashed (encrypted) for privacy and cannot be used to personally identify you.

4.2 Why We Use It

  • Prevent users from repeatedly claiming free credits
  • Detect fraudulent activity
  • Maintain service fairness for all users

4.3 Privacy Protection

  • Fingerprints are hashed using SHA-256 encryption
  • Raw device identifiers are never stored
  • Cannot be reverse-engineered to identify you

5. Data Storage and Security

5.1 Where We Store Data

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (hosted on AWS) and Cloudflare R2 for video storage. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

5.2 Security Measures

  • End-to-end encryption for data transmission
  • Secure database with row-level security
  • Regular security audits and updates
  • Limited employee access to user data

5.3 Data Retention

  • Generated Videos: Stored for 30 days, then automatically deleted
  • Account Data: Retained while your account is active
  • Transaction History: Retained for legal and accounting purposes

6. Your Generated Content

6.1 Ownership

You own all videos you create using Soreon. We do not claim rights to your content.

6.2 Content Processing

Your prompts and images are processed by our AI service provider (Fal.ai) to generate videos. This data is not stored permanently and is deleted after processing.

6.3 Content Privacy

We do not view, analyze, or share your generated videos unless:

  • Required by law or legal process
  • Necessary to investigate abuse or violations
  • You explicitly share content through our support system

  • RevenueCat: In-app purchase management

10.1 We Do NOT Sell Your Data

Soreon does not use cookies or web tracking technologies. We only collect data through the app itself as described in this policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

14.1 Subscription Information

Soreon offers auto-renewable subscriptions that provide monthly credits for video generation:

  • Lite Plan: $4.99/month - 400 monthly credits
  • Pro Plan: $9.99/month - 900 monthly credits
  • Ultra Plan: $24.99/month - 2500 monthly credits

14.2 How Subscriptions Work

  • Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • Credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle
  • Unused credits do not roll over to the next month

14.3 Managing Your Subscription

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:

  • Open Settings on your iOS device
  • Tap on your name at the top
  • Tap "Subscriptions"
  • Select Soreon and choose "Cancel Subscription"

Subscriptions can be managed by going to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions after purchase. Auto-renewal may be turned off at any time by going to Account Settings after purchase.

14.4 Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain access to subscription benefits until the end of the paid period
  • No refunds for partial months
  • All purchases are processed through Apple App Store and subject to Apple's refund policy

14.5 Free Trial (if applicable)

If we offer a free trial period, you will be charged the subscription fee once the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period expires.
