Frequently Asked Questions
How do credits work?
Credits are used to generate videos. Each video generation consumes credits based on duration and type:
- Text-to-video (5s): 40 credits
- Text-to-video (10s): 80 credits
- Image-to-video without audio (5s): 50 credits
- Image-to-video with audio (5s): 60 credits
10-second videos cost double the credits of 5-second videos.
How do I get more credits?
You can purchase credits through:
- Subscriptions: Monthly plans with recurring credits (Lite, Pro, Ultra)
- Credit Packs: One-time purchases (Mini Pack, Pro Pack)
New users receive 40 free credits upon installation.
Can I restore my purchases?
Yes! Go to the paywall screen and tap "Restore Purchases" at the top. This will restore any active subscriptions or purchased credits.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple App Store account:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Find Soreon and tap "Cancel Subscription"
What video styles are available?
Soreon offers multiple categories including:
- Most Popular: Trending styles and effects
- Latest: Newest AI video styles
- Realistic Duo: Two-person realistic transformations
How long does video generation take?
Most videos are generated within 1-3 minutes. Processing time depends on:
- Video duration (5s vs 10s)
- Complexity of the prompt
- Current server load
Can I download my videos?
Yes! All generated videos can be downloaded directly to your device's gallery from the Gallery screen. Simply tap the download button on any video.
Can I share my videos?
Absolutely! Use the share button in the Gallery screen to share your videos via any app (Messages, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Why didn't I receive my free credits?
Free credits (40) are given once per device. If you've previously installed Soreon on this device, you won't receive additional free credits. This prevents abuse of the free credit system.
What if my video generation failed?
If a video fails to generate:
- Your credits are NOT deducted
- Try again with a different prompt
- Check your internet connection
- Ensure your prompt follows content guidelines
If the issue persists, contact support with details of the error.
What content is not allowed?
Please do not create content that:
- Is illegal, violent, or explicit
- Infringes on copyright or trademarks
- Impersonates real people without permission
- Contains hate speech or harassment
- Is misleading or creates deepfakes
How is my data protected?
We take privacy seriously:
- All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- We don't store your videos permanently (auto-deleted after 30 days)
- Device fingerprints are hashed for anonymity
- We never sell your data

Can I request a refund?
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. To request a refund:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find your Soreon purchase
- Select "Request a refund"
Refunds are subject to Apple's policies and approval.
