By accessing and using Soreon ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Soreon is an AI-powered video generation application that allows users to create videos from text prompts and images. The service is provided on a credit-based system with various subscription plans.

2.1 Service Features

  • Text-to-video generation
  • Image-to-video conversion
  • Multiple video styles and templates
  • Audio integration options

3. User Accounts and Credits

3.1 Account Creation

Users receive 40 free credits upon first installation. Credits are tied to your device and cannot be transferred.

3.2 Credit Usage

Credits are consumed when generating videos:

  • Text-to-video (5s): 40 credits
  • Text-to-video (10s): 80 credits
  • Image-to-video without audio (5s): 50 credits
  • Image-to-video without audio (10s): 100 credits
  • Image-to-video with audio (5s): 60 credits
  • Image-to-video with audio (10s): 120 credits

3.3 Subscriptions

Users may purchase subscriptions or credit packs through in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

4. Subscription Plans

4.1 Available Plans

  • Lite Plan ($9.99/month): 400 credits monthly
  • Pro Plan ($19.99/month): 900 credits monthly
  • Ultra Plan ($49.99/month): 2500 credits monthly

4.2 Credit Packs

  • Mini Pack ($5.99): 250 credits one-time
  • Pro Pack ($29.99): 1250 credits one-time

4.3 Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime through your App Store account settings.

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to the videos you create using Soreon. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.

5.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to create content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains explicit, violent, or offensive material
  • Impersonates others or is misleading
  • Harasses or threatens others

5.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to reject or remove content that violates these terms or our content policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Soreon only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the app
  • Use automated systems to abuse the service
  • Share your account or credits with others
  • Manipulate device fingerprints to gain additional free credits
  • Create deepfakes or misleading content

7. Intellectual Property

The Soreon app, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Dreamify Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of Soreon is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use data as described in that policy.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

We strive to keep Soreon available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

9.2 AI-Generated Content

Videos are generated by AI and may not always meet your expectations. Results can vary based on prompts, images, and system availability. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

9.3 No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DREAMIFY LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF SOREON.

11. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Refund requests must be made through Apple's App Store refund process. We do not process refunds directly.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Soreon at any time, without notice, for violations of these terms or any reason we deem appropriate.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
